  • How far in advance should I book my program?

    We prefer at least 14 – 7 days in advance

  • What method do you accept for payments?

    We prefer credit card or check.

  • What if I need to cancel my program?

    If you are cancelling with less than 72 hour notice there is a $50 fee.

  • When is the full payment required?

    Programs are paid in full by program date.

  • How far will you travel for in-person programs?

    We will travel up to 20 miles from our location in Oakdale, MN. A travel fee may be charged for anything over 20 miles. We have the right to decline if we feel the trip is too far for a certain animal.

  • What do you need for the in person program?

    We will need either a 6ft table or an 8ft table.

  • How much set up time is needed for the in person program?

    We will need at least 15-20 minutes to set up. We will arrive about 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Can programs be outside?

    Programs can be held outdoors but are weather dependent. Temperatures should not be below 60 degrees or above 90 degrees. A shaded area or shelter should be available. Certain species of animals may not be able to be outside for programs.

  • What if the program is at my house and I have pets?

    For the health and safety of our animals we ask that pets stay in a separate area from where the program is held. (Exceptions for animals in cages or terrariums)
